Will this packet reopen my Amazon listing by itself?
No. Amazon wants the CPC and the laboratory test report, usually plus photos of the tracking label. The packet is the cover sheet and the reply text so the reviewer can match those files to the ASIN in one pass.
Should I open a new case if the first one is taking too long?
No. A second case for the same ASIN often resets the review clock. Reply on the original notification with the packet, the certificate, and the report.
Does this work for Etsy, Walmart, or Temu?
Yes. Change the marketplace on the form. The cover sheet and the reply text adjust; the documents Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and Temu ask for are the same set.
I do not have a test report yet. Can I still use this?
You can download the packet, but it will mark the report as missing. A cover letter without the report will not satisfy a children’s-product request. Book the lab first.
